Victim Witness
The Kern County Victim Witness Program provides Probation Officer Advocates to assist crime victims in applying for reimbursement of losses incurred as a result of a crime. Additional services include crisis intervention, emergency assistance, resource and referral assistance, counseling, court escort and support, restitution assistance, funeral arrangements and many other supportive services.
